 Session two: Make meditation a daily habit

  • We talk about how to make this practice a daily habit with practical tools and strategies to do so

  • Explore potential blocks

  • You’ll gain a deeper understanding of the mechanics of the technique and how it works to release stress, anxiety and fatigue — giving rise to a greater sense of wellbeing

 Session three: Awaken your full mental potential

  • We cover how meditation enhances our experience of life through connection, growth and belonging

  • We will dive deeper into 'Being' and what that starts to look like in our 'eyes open state'

What is meditation and why is it the greatest need of our time?

Meditation isn’t so much about doing, it is about creating the conditions for the nervous system to simply Be.

When we remove the stress from our physiology, we create space for life to move through us. We notice ever increasing adaptability to change, greater clarity, more that you are ‘in the right place at the right time’, inner freedom and peace and so much more.

Learn To meditate

Demi teaches the 1 Giant Mind Being technique. The course is delivered in 3 X 90minutes sessions using a mantra-based meditation technique. You become a master of your own daily practice of meditation.

A mantra is a Sanskrit word for ‘mind-vehicle’. The mantra is designed to lead you to a state of Being by moving beyond the mind and the body into a pure state of awareness. This technique is simple and highly effective in releasing stress from the physiology and promoting increased self-awareness.

This technique of meditation has its roots in India, originating thousands of years ago. This technology was designed by masters, known as Rishis or ‘seers’, allowing seekers to access their highest potential as human-Beings and ultimately to live a life of fulfilment and joy as our natural state.
