I have finally crafted an offering for those of you that have been asking for a while. I have listened! Here it is…

State of Being

My intention with this workshop is to guide you through a series of movement, that will untie the knots in your nervous system, creating space for you to simply Be. This will be followed by some gentle breath practices and a guided meditation so that you can experience the State of Being for yourself.

I have carefully curated this as an extension of what I personally practice. The more I am faced with the demands of life, the more fruit I harvest from the practices I have cultivated and the more resiliency I lean on in these times of demand.

I am looking forward to connecting and building a community to bring this State of Being into the playing field of life.
